Before You Download
What You Need to Run Any Hub
Most Hubs run on modest hardware with a few free tools installed. Here's the baseline.
- A Windows or Mac computer (any modern machine from 2018 or later)
- Ollama installed — free, open source, 5-minute setup
- Node.js installed — free, available at nodejs.org
- 8GB RAM minimum — 16GB preferred for better performance
- A Gmail account if the Hub uses email (standard Google account works)
Install Ollama, then pull a model:
$ ollama run mistral
# That's it — AI is running locally
Start the Hub:
$ npm start
# Open localhost:3000 in your browser
