Who We Are
Started in Design. Stayed for the Problem.
Jester Studio Works began as a veteran-owned graphic design company in Pasco County, Florida. Over time, the work changed — clients needed more than logos. They needed their operations to actually work.
We started automating workflows, building internal tools, and solving the real problems small businesses face every day — scheduling chaos, manual data entry, customer follow-ups that never happen. We got good at it. And we built an AI platform to do it faster.
Then we asked the obvious question: why keep this internal? Every small business has the same ten operational problems. Every church, every nonprofit, every community org is drowning in work that a well-configured AI could handle in seconds. The knowledge to build these tools shouldn't be locked behind an agency retainer.
So we changed the model. We build the tools. We document everything. We give it all away — and let the audience determine what comes next.

These aren't marketing values. They're the constraints we build within — and they shape every decision about what gets built and how.
Local First
AI that runs on your hardware means your data never leaves your building. No cloud API, no monthly AI bill, no vendor with access to your customer records. Every Hub we build works offline by design.
Show the Work
We don't release polished demos. We build on camera, make mistakes on camera, and fix them on camera. The value is in watching the actual build, not a highlight reel.
Give It Away
Every template, every setup guide, every model configuration is free. No email required. No premium tier with the real features. If we built it, you can have it.
Real Organizations
We don't build hypothetical Hubs. Every proof of concept is for an actual small business, church, or nonprofit with an actual operational problem. The builds are real because the problems are real.
No Lock-In
We don't build Hubs that require a subscription to keep running. When we hand a Hub to an organization, they own it completely — the code, the model, the data. We're never in the loop again unless they want us to be.
Accessible to Non-Developers
Our setup guides are written for people who have never opened a terminal. If you can follow a recipe, you can run any Hub in our library. Technical competence is not the barrier — access to the knowledge is.

What Powers the Builds
Every Hub we build is produced on JSE — the Jester Studio Engine — a custom AI platform built on owner-operated hardware in Pasco County, Florida.
- Mac M2 Max for development and content production
- Windows PC with RTX 5090 for GPU-intensive model work and image generation
- All AI runs locally via Ollama — no cloud AI costs in the production pipeline
- Monthly AI infrastructure cost: approximately $200
- Human review required before any content or Hub output is published
This isn't a cloud setup repackaged as "local AI." This is the actual infrastructure — built and maintained by one person, running in the same environment as the Hubs we teach you to build.

No Data Handling
We don't process, store, or transmit any external organization's data. Hubs built as proof-of-concept use the organization's own infrastructure. We never have access to their customer data or operational records.
